With a desire for practical learning, creativity and technology, Ben pursued a career in Specialist Joinery after leaving school.
Starting his Architectural Joinery Apprenticeship with Quest Joinery in 2015, Ben quickly proved his capabilities and thrived in this challenging and rewarding role. He was keen to start work and gain additional responsibilities, building valuable industry experience and overcoming professional and academic challenges, growing in confidence in the process.
Ben quickly gained independence during his apprenticeship, utilising the many development opportunities and strategies in place within Quest Joinery to advance his progression.

From an early stage of Ben’s apprenticeship, it was clear that he had a passion for technology and has now moved to our fast-paced CNC department to train to become a CNC Operator. He’s taking ownership of his own projects and is furthering his career in a direction he's passionate about.
