Learn moreWe have a team of highly-skilled professionals with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of joinery and construction. There are fourteen specialist joinery trades within our team including CAD and SolidWorks designers, wood machinists, architectural joiners, cabinet makers, carpenters and CNC, solid surfacing and finishing professionals, all well-trained and highly-skilled to complete our projects to the highest level.
In our industry, there's a clear skills shortage. We take our responsibility as a business with the resources to train and develop the next generation of specialists seriously, always employing apprentices within our team and supporting them throughout their learning.

Jeremy is a successful Managing Director; forming Quest Joinery and leading it to achieve consistent and stable growth, year-on-year. Prior to Quest, Jeremy worked for a leading blue-chip construction contractor for twenty years. This experience provided an excellent foundation, giving him a deep understanding of the construction industry.
Allan is an experienced Production Director, taking overall responsibility for all production operations since Quest's formation in 2011. Allan's background is as a time-served, fully qualified wood machinist and joiner. His hands-on specialist joinery experience helps achieve our vision of always producing industry-leading joinery.
