We have developed bespoke production software which incorporates all specialist processes to combine every facet of the business within a single robust system. Combining this advanced software with our cutting-edge machinery achieves unbeatable accuracy and efficiency.

Solid Surfacing

Highly-trained solid surfacing fabricators are integral to our team. Using the latest techniques, they transform ambitious designs into a variety of products including wall panelling, reception desks, counter tops and sinks.

CNC Programming & Machining

High performance Homag CNC machines are used in tandem with our advanced design software. Data is exported directly from SWOOD, straight to our CNC optimisation technology to create a seamless, fluid process from design to manufacture.

Spray Finishing

Quest Joinery finishes are completed in-house, controlling the quality of the finished item. Our talented sprayers complete hand finishes including waxes, lacquers and oils with spray booth finishes ranging from matt to high gloss and can match and replicate a vast array of finishes.

Logistics

Located just outside of London and situated within five minutes of junction 7 of the M1 and junction 20 of the M25, our production facility is situated in a perfect location to service projects throughout London and the South-East. Deliveries are well planned and organised, minimising our environmental impact.
