We were approached by Goddard Littlefair to work with them on the Penthouses at Belvedere Gardens within Southbank Place, after our successful collaboration on the South Quay Plaza project. The interior design studio was impressed by our ability to translate their narrative and design schemes into luxury finished objects with the contemporary elegance and style required.
The luxury penthouse, with breath-taking views across London, were on the market for £17 million, therefore our cabinet makers and installation team had to ensure perfection in manufacture, surface finishing and fit-out.

We were awarded the complete joinery package which consisted of wall panelling, built in furniture, timber flooring, sliding doors and hidden walk-in wardrobes. Two of the items that really showcase our specialist ability is a leather backed American black walnut bookcase with integrated lighting with a rolling ladder and a floor to ceiling mirrored brass fireplace.
A major challenge for our design, manufacturing and installation team, was the fast-track approach requested by Goddard Littlefair to achieve their desired opening date. All the designs were produced using 3D design software (Solidworks), which facilitated in a faster approval time due to the visual benefits, faster integration with our CNC machinery for efficient production and assembly, which ensured the joining methods used, produced a seamless finished product. Due to the above success, our specialist installation team was flawless!
