Andrew Chapman, Project Manager
Located in the affluent district of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, West London, the owners of this stunning Georgian property required an array of bespoke joinery solutions each with their own complex and highly-specialised challenges. Our expert team of designers, manufacturers and installers were able to overcome each challenge and produce superb residential joinery perfect for the environment it is in.

Designing residential joinery for any type of historical building has its challenges, and this Georgian house was no different. The project required individual elements that would come together as one overall theme to enhance the interior design and included the design and creation of wine units, library furniture, wardrobes, door sets, cabinetry, desks, console units, wall panelling, and skirting. In collaboration with the clients, our design team came up with a bespoke oak veneered solution that had intricate finishing which involved staining, white lime washing and hand-lacquering. The team also used iron-mongery, which involved complex cut-outs passing through glass, this process required absolute delicacy, and the results are worth it.
