Developed by Berkeley Homes and designed by Foster & Partners, this high specification project is set to be one of the tallest residential buildings in Europe. Located in Canary Wharf's historic docks, the 68-storey glass and steel development is set to be a spectacular focal point of London's skyline. Contracted by Lucas Fit-Out to complete the Specialist Joinery package to the marketing suite, we worked collaboratively with them throughout the project. During the two-stage tender process, they drew on our specialist knowledge to minimise risk and increase cost certainty. We provided design advice early to overcome potential obstacles and ensure manufacture and installation ran smoothly.

Contracted by our trusted partners Lucas, our work involved the creation of intricate bespoke furniture, wall panelling, partitioning and washroom joinery containing a mixture of complex veneers, spray finishes and premium materials including glass, brass and stone.
